• Dr Panarker does I 693 Immigration Medical Exams. We charge $450 which includes the paperwork fee, and required lab work (Quantiferon (TB) test, Syphilis test, Gonorrhea test,  and antibody testing for vaccines). Prices can vary based on your vaccination history. If you have insurance, we may be able to complete the paperwork for $300. Exact pricing can be obtained after completing a new patient form.
